Wolf of the Month-Albert Keller
Albert is a 14-year-old 8th Grade Honor Roll Student. Albert’s favorite subjects are Agriculture and Language Essentials, and he names Mrs. Ramseier and Mr. Brown as his favorite teachers. Some of Albert’s hobbies and interests outside of school include “lifting, 4-H Shooting Sports, and sports.” Albert names his grandpa as his role models and states, “My Grandpa makes me want to be someone to be proud of.” Albert shared a “Fun-Fact” about himself is, “I currently weigh 210 pounds and wrestle in the Junior High heavyweight division.”
When asked to discuss an accomplishment that he is proud of, Albert responded, “This is my first year of wrestling and I currently have a 5-2 record and won a tournament.” When asked to discuss a future goal, Albert stated, “I don’t think about the future much, I try to focus on what is happening right now.” A piece of advice Albert offers his classmates is, “To be the best ever, you have to beat the best ever. To be the best version of yourself, you just have to beat yourself.”
Mr. Johnson states, “Albert is an outstanding young man who is doing a fantastic job both in and out of the classroom. Along with being on the Honor Roll, Albert is heavily involved in extra-curriculars, and is a friendly and respectful young man. He is a great friend to many and a positive influence on our school as a whole. Keep up the good work Albert! Congrats on being named student of the month!
