Kristi Minor Named New Superintendent of Idalia School District

Idalia, CO – April 16, 2025 – The Idalia School District is pleased to announce the hiring of Kristi Minor as the district’s new Superintendent, effective July 1, 2025. After a thorough and competitive selection process, the Board of Education is confident that Mrs. Minor brings the right combination of experience, leadership, and passion for education to lead Idalia into the future.
Ms. Minor is already a valued member of the district, bringing with her a strong track record and deep understanding of Idalia’s needs. She offers a solid background in educational leadership, student-centered innovation, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence, supporting educators, and fostering strong partnerships with families and the broader community.
