Wolf of the Month-Charliann Soehner
Charli is a 13-year-old, High Honor Roll, 7th Grade student. Charli’s favorite subjects are Agriculture, Science, and Business. Charli names Mrs. Sherri Ramseier and Mr. Brown as her favorite teachers. Some of Charli’s hobbies and interests outside of school include “reading, swimming, and showing lambs.” Charli names her Aunt Kaitlyn as her role models and states, “Aunt Kaitlyn is always trying something new, and she doesn’t give up until she is successful.” Charli shared that a “Fun-Fact” about herself is, “I already have a half college credit from an online class I took last Fall.”
When asked to discuss an accomplishment that she is proud of, Charli responded, “I’ve used HTML coding and coded a fully functional website.” When asked to discuss a future goal, Charli stated, “I hope to qualify for State Science Fair next year.” A piece of advice Charli offers her classmates is, “Calm down and take a breath. It’s usually not as bad as it seems. Also, make sure to look at others’ perspectives.”
Mr. Johnson states, “Charli is an outstanding young lady thriving both in and out of the classroom. Along with being a straight-A student, Charli is a great friend and leader amongst the Junior High. She involves herself in many opportunities both in and out of school and always has such great energy and perspective. Charli’s teachers all enjoy having her in class, not only because of her impressive intelligence, but also her friendly, helpful demeanor and genuine curiosity for learning. Keep up the good work Charli! You have a very bright future!”
